Overview

Upholstery: Tight back design with reversible seat cushions. Seat cushions feature sewn self-welt and 6" luxurious foam with Dacron wrap for pillow like comfort.

Seat Suspension: 8 gauge no sag hardened sinuous steel springs with 16-gauge tie wires to prevent spreading in contract use. 
Back Suspension: Luxurious quality foam supported by 12 gauge no sag sinuous springs with tie wires for cross support.

Frame: CNC precision machined 3/4" furniture grade plywood frame members with hardwood spring rails. Frame assembled with furniture grade staples, premium glue, 5/16" bolts, steel        t-nuts. Hardwood legs with steel bases rubber cushioned glides in 

The lounge Chair comes standard with a Steel Base available in DPC Standard Metal Finishes and Premium Powder Coat Finishes.  The Base comes standard with rubber cushioned metal glides.
