Upholstery: Tight back design with reversible seat cushions. Seat cushions sewn self-welt and 6" luxurious foam with Dacron wrap for pillow like comfort.
Seat Suspension: 8 gauge no sag hardened sinuous steel springs with 16 gauge tie wires to prevent spreading in contract use. Back suspension: Luxurious quality foam supported by 12 gauge no sag sinuous springs with tie wires for cross support.
Frame: CNC precision machined 3/4" furniture grade plywood frame members with hardwood spring rails. Frame assembled with furniture grade stapled, premium glue and 5/16" bolts and steel t-nuts. Hardwood legs with steel bases rubber cushioned glides in Standard DPC wood stains.
